This listing is for 1 sample of an invite set to be sent to you, regular mail. The sample will not be customized to your colors or your event but is for you to see the quality only. If you would like to order invites from me, please convo me and I will set up a separate listing for you based on your needs. 10% down is required for me to start the design of your invite. Once we have agreed on a design, I will email you a picture of one complete set. I want you to be completely happy so nothing else will be charged until the invite looks exactly as you want it. Upon your approval, the rest of the payment will be due before I start making the complete order.

Everything is completely customizable – verbiage on invite and RSVP, font, colors of paper and ribbon, colors of ink around edges. You can pick everything or let me help design something based on the style of your wedding.

One full set of invites weighs approx 1.4ounces. You will need to use a $0.70 stamp to mail these. The USPS has beautiful wedding stamps for invites that weigh more.

• 3.5”x5” RSVP card mounted on one piece of colored cardstock (to match the colors on invite)
• 1 non-mounted information card (you choose wording)
• 5.25”x7.25" Invite envelope, inked to match invite
• A1 Size Envelope for RSVP card
• Vellum overwrap to hold everything together
• Ribbon
• You choose white or ivory for the printed parts and the envelopes

Since everything is customizable, the time it takes to get a final design is dependent on how quickly I get approvals to move forward. It will take 3-5 days to get your first proof to you. Once a final design is approved, it takes approx 4-5 weeks to put everything together and then approx 1 week for shipping (give or take a few days). If you need a rush order, please let me know and I will try to accommodate it.

I usually use USPS or FedEx. You will receive a shipment tracking number on all of my items (with the exception of the sample invites). For US, please allow at least 1 week after shipping for your order to arrive. For international, I can not estimate a delivery time due to various timing to get through customs.

If you need expedited shipping, please let me know and I will set up a separate listing for you with additional shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

As each order is custom made for you, I can not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged in shipment. You will always receive an email from me with an image of your final product before I ship it. If you are not satisfied with it at that time, I will work with you to come up with a resolution.

I take great care in wrapping your product so that no damage occurs in shipping. If it does, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the product. I will work with you to get a replacement sent out or refund if your event timing is too tight to replace it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me immediately. I usually begin working on your order within a day. My policies on cancellation are as follows:
- If your custom order has not been designed for you yet - a full refund will apply.
- If your custom order has been designed but is not yet in production - a 75% refund will apply.
- If your custom order is designed and in production, no refunds are provided.
