RETURN POLICY
All products are 100% custom made at the time of the order. Due to the manufacturing process, I am unable to accept returns and exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.

Shipping turnaround times vary from item to item. Please check listing for time frames. Some items are made to order and some are ready to ship! Items that are in my hands at time of purchase, may be shipped within a 1-3 day time period. Other listings that are made to order will take longer.

Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. Please note that colors do vary from computer monitors to "real life" and be sure to choose your items wisely. In the case of a defect, please contact me and we will work through the issue - whether it be a refund or a replacement. We will refund the dollar amount of the product. The shipping cannot be refunded being that the item was shipped and paid to carrier.
