This Asian inspired bracelet was created using beads upcycled from a Chinese language book. The beads were strung with alternating red glass beads and silver toned beads. Completing the bracelet is a silver colored charm with the Chinese character for Peace stamped on one side and Peace written in English on the other side. The beads were strung on to memory wire for ease of wear. The handmade paper beads were coated with gloss urethane varnish, making them water resistant. They are not guaranteed to be waterproof, so no swimming or showering while wearing the bracelet.
