My father lost the battle against Lung Cancer on July 16, 2010.

In his honor while he was still battling, I made these for my family, and now wish to share them for all.

White Swarovski Pearls create the ribbon, strung on Sterling Silver Wire. For those who wish to personalize, as shown, a 6mm Swarovski Crystal** bicone hangs on the left side, to honor the patient, survivor, or the memory of a loved one. On the right, two 4mm Swarovski Crystal** bicones personalize the pin to the wearer. The ribbons are attached to silver-tone bar pins with silver tone craft wire. The craft wire can be substituted for Sterling Silver, but will increase the price nominally.

In these photos, I used my eldest sister's pin and my own. On my sister's pin, the 6mm Sapphire on the left honors my father. Two 4mm Rubies personalize it to my sister. My own pin has my father's Sapphire, plus two Sapphires to personalize it to me.

These are personalized, so just let me know what colors you need (Available colors are listed at http://home.g-net.net/~dwjewelry/birthstones.html). If you do not wish to personalize it (such as if you are a nurse, general caregiver, or just wish to honor all lung cancer patients), they are available plain.

They may also be ordered in custom quantities with and without personalization (personalization holds no extra cost).
