I ship to the Receipt / Order list address/ or if the customer ask me to send the purchase as a gift to another address.Correct spelling of the address is the responsibility of the customer.Please make sure it is correct.
Your purchase will be sent within 1 to 5 days after clear payment. Exception are only for national holidays and weekends,MADE to ORDER purchases, or if I have an VACATION announce in my shop that will be away from my studio for few days.

I send everything with recorded priority mail, which includes a tracking number. It is responsibility of the buyer to keep track of the item purchased or ask me for info if needed.
I will not refund if the package gets lost by the post office in your country.
About Returned Unclaimed Packages - If a package is returned to me because it was unclaimed, or because the address was not correct, I will resend the package after you pay for shipping costs.
