8 ounces of prepared roving / sliver for the hand spinner. Almost completely VM free, and as soft as can be, as it comes from baby Cria Alpaca's first shearing. It's the softest Alpaca roving you're going to find!

Alpaca is good for hand spinning and is also a good felting wool! It offers excellent natural wearability for those with allergies, or sensitive skin who normally can't wear wools, as Alpaca fiber has no lanolin, and a solid tube-like structure that is both super-insulative, and smooth against the skin.

As this is a natural black - no dyes! - so you won't have any concerns or problems with fading or bleeding.
