Colors depicted at the Site are coded based on the RGB color system. As monitors may vary, a true color may be difficult to appreciate when viewing online. We are happy to send you RAL or RGB color information if requested prior to purchase. Colors/samples- depicted online will vary based on one's computer screen. We are also happy to send you a color-card with photographic representation of each color upon request. Should you wish to receive a sample of the painted steel or bamboo components, we are happy to send these to you for a small fee. The sample cost will be waived upon return of samples or purchase of an order. If you purchase an item and are unhappy with the color, please refer to our refund policy.

Fully customized or special order items may be subject to longer shipping times, and shipment times will be addressed with the customer at the time of order for such fully customized or special order items.
