HOW TO APPLY NOSE BUTTER® to YOUR FRENCHIE

• Tin - Dab a bit appropriate for their size nose across the top of the nose
• Tube - Point the tube away from your French Bulldog's eyes and swipe across nose
• Apply 2-3x a day for 2-3 days or until their nose is smooth
• Then use as needed for maintenance (usually 1-3x weekly)

DISTRACT & DIVERT - SQUIRREL!!!

To keep your dog from licking NOSE BUTTER off before it has a chance to work, try the following tips.

• Give a cookie or treat before and after application (added benefit – they will equate NOSE BUTTER with treats)
• Feed your dog their dinner right after application
• Play a game - throw the ball, tickle tummy or play some tug
• Go for a walk, good for BOTH of you!

FOR EXTREMELY DRY, CRUSTY, CRACKED NOSES

• Apply 2-3x a day for 2-3 days
• Test removing the crust with a bit of tissue
• If crust crumbles off drop celebrate and go to maintenance application
• If crust does not easily crumble off, don't fret, just continue applying 2-3x a day for 2-3 more days
• Repeat test
• Then use as needed for maintenance (may be daily for senior or ill dogs)

• NOSE BUTTER won't harm your dog if they lick some off and swallows it (or eat the whole tin)
• The new nose leather underneath might be lighter in color when that ugly crust comes off

MORE TIPS FOR SMOOTH NOSE SUCCESS

Many dogs hate being held tightly or overly controlled. Flat-faced dogs, like Frenchies, often stress more since their breathing is already compromised. They instinctively try to prevent having their noses covered or held. Apply NOSE BUTTER very quickly and they will not struggle as much.

Another Idea, SNEAKY One! Tap a dab of NOSE BUTTER onto their nose while they are sleeping. If your dog wakes up, act casual.

Give a stronger smelling goodie as their treat (goat cheese, bit of peanut butter, tuna) with one hand and quickly dab NOSE BUTTER on with the other hand.
