Shipping & Policies

We want you to love your purchase so if you're not happy with it, please let us know as quickly as possible.
For non-custom printed items, contact us for our return address and once the product is received, we'll refund the purchase price. (Shipping cannot be refunded, and items must be received in like-new condition.) For items returned after 10 business days of shipping. there may be a restocking fee (15%).
For custom printed items, if there was an error on our part we will happily reprint your order.

When we ship:
We ship in-stock items within 3 business days. If you order something that needs to be printed, we'll let you know when it's scheduled for and also when it ships.
How we ship:
Generally we ship via USPS First Class Mail. Personalized cards go Priority Mail. Why? Because they're extra special and we want them insured and with tracking.
(If you'd like something upgraded to Priority Mail, please convo us and we'll set it up.)
If you order hasn''t arrived after a week of shipping, and you live in an apartment complex, please check the management office- sometimes mail gets delivered straight to them if it won't fit in your box. You might also want to call your zip code's post office to make sure they're not holding anything for pick up. (It happens on occasion and notices can get lost in the wind.)
Weddings & Event Orders:
Weddings and Events take longer to print and will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but they ship via UPS Ground. We'll send you a tracking number for you to follow its journey.
International Orders:
We aren't responsible for any "lost" or "delayed" international orders- since each country handles their deliveries, we kind of just have to hope for the best. To date, however, we've shipped to Australia, Ireland, England, France, Canada, the Netherlands, South Africa, and a few other countries, with no delivery issues.
