Shipping & Policies

Ready to ship items will ship within 2 days of order, made to order watercolor work ships after one week, and custom watercolors ship 7-10 days after image is agreed upon via convo. Custom oil work ships 4 weeks after image is agreed apon, due to long drying times (it's worth the wait!) I ship within the USA via USPS, with tracking. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for international orders.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR UK BUYERS! The Royal Mail is reportedly being much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. You should be prepared for the possibility of paying VAT plus a Royal Mail fee upon receipt.
Please also be prepared for long shipping times to international destinations, as much as 8 to 10 weeks. I cannot refund for lost international packages unless sufficient time is first allowed for the package to arrive.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please return any Non- Custom item that does not meet your expectations, and I will happily refund the cost of the item. Before making any return please contact me directly via convo, so that I can provide instructions for a speedy resolution. Custom painted work is non refundable. As customer satisfaction is my first priority, communication throughout the process of custom creations will ensure the beautiful product you are hoping for.
I will be responsible for loss or damage until the product is safely in your hands!
