Shipping & Policies

We are happy to accept returns for any reason for up to 14 days from your receipt of goods if item is in an unworn and original condition You will receive a full refund, less shipping charges once the item is received.

If an item is received damaged or is not what is described we will be happy to provide you with a full refund, including shipping charges.

Please note that you must email us at lepetitbijouuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt to advise of your wish to return goods. If the item is damaged, please provide us with photos of goods and packaging. Please wait to receive a merchandise return notice before posting and include this notice in your package. Please use a trackable postage service and once received we will process your refund.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.
