Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING:
Depending on your order's weight and/or destination, I ship via USPS parcel post, first class, or priority with delivery confirmation. If you would like to purchase insurance for your item or require expedited shipping, please contact me before purchasing and I will adjust your bill. I carefully package all purchases and can ship by expedited mail and other carriers if needed. Please contact me if you have a specific delivery requirement.

Please make sure your mailing address is correct. If the mailing address is incorrect and your order does not arrive, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost of replacing the items if they choose to re-order.

Please advise if there is a delivery deadline as many items are made to order/custom and may take a week or more to ship.

I use biodegradable, cornstarch packing peanuts so they are not toxic or dangerous to pets and people.

International Shipping:
Depending on destination, shipping overseas generally takes 10-14 business days but can take up to 6 weeks or more, and I am unable to guarantee delivery unless sent by expedited shipping. Please plan accordingly when ordering. Also please note that buyer is responsible for all customs/duty fees if any that are due upon receipt. I absolutely CANNOT guarantee holiday delivery for international orders. Please order as soon as possible.

RETURNS:
If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your item, please contact me within 10 days of receipt. Item must be returned in original condition and a full refund less shipping charges will be made upon receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Food and plants may not be returned; however, rest assured that I will happily correct any problem.
