Shipping & Policies

Domestic shipping is $3.50 for most hats with a discount for additional items. International pricing varies. You can see all shipping costs when items are added to your shopping cart.

Most of the time, orders will be complete with time to spare. If you have a time frame that must be met, please, let me know BEFORE you order to make sure that I can get it to you in that time.

International buyers, please know your countries policies on taxes/custom/duty fees. They will be your responsibility upon delivery of your package. For UK buyers: Anything worth £15+ which is imported from a non-EU country will be charged VAT at 20%, plus an additional £8 handling fee.

I ship using USPS First Class Mail which usually takes about 3-5 days for domestic items and up to two weeks for international. Delivery confirmation/tracking is standard and you will get that information in an email to let you know when your order has shipped.

I want you to love what I've made for you. I want it to be just what you had in mind! So if it's not? Then get a hold of me within 7 days of delivery, send it back and I'll give you a refund (minus shipping costs).

If there is a problem with your item that can be fixed, like it doesn't fit or I've made some massive error, then let me know and we'll make a plan for you to send it back to me and we'll try again because I really want you to LOVE it! Really love it. That is my main goal.

Our postal system generally does a fantastic job and I have confidence in them to get your item to you in the manner they said they would. However, if something unforeseeable happens, let me know, and we will try to figure out a solution together.
