Shipping & Policies

We make to order. In most cases it will take 2-3 business days to make your items and then 3-5 business days to ship. Time can vary based on the higher order volume seasons and if I expect a delay of more than 2 extra business days, I will make note of it in my shop announcements.

All domestic ( to the United States) packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (for packages that weigh less than 13 ounces)in order to save the buyer shipping costs.

Packages that weigh more than 16 ounces will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

We ship globally and work hard to keep our shipping costs fair for our international customers. Most orders outside the US are shipped First Class International. Please allow additional time for international orders to arrive. Expedited options are available at an additional fee as well—please get in touch with me to discuss options.
International buyers are responsible for all Customs fees.

I take pride in my creations and sincerely hope that every customer is very happy with their purchase! However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your package so that we may work to ensure sure you are 100% pleased.

I am happy to accept a return for a refund, provided the item is in original condition and original or similar packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer must pay return shipping unless there is a flaw in the item. After one week from delivery, all sales are considered final. Buyer is responsible for return shipping as well as any additional shipping costs that are accrued due to an exchange or refund unless the item purchased was damaged by fault of Sew Nerdy Gifts.

Custom orders and items that are personalized are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless I have made an error in creating your order.
