Shipping & Policies

All of our items are handmade and will ship within 2-5 business days.

We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail, 2 - 5 business days delivery. If you would like a faster shipping option please contact us via convo and we will give you a quote.

We are not responsible for lost packages by the postal service. Once we drop off a package it is out of our hands. If you feel your package is lost in the mail, please contact us and we will try to locate the package. You may however need to file a complaint with USPS. If you would like to add insurance to your order, pleas convo us.

International Customers: We ship USPS First Class International which can take as long as 4-5 weeks for delivery. Typically, this is not the case, but please be aware of this before you purchase. We can add insurance to your order for an additional $1.35 fee, just send us a convo.

We gladly accept returns, but please understand that you will be responsible for the return shipping and will be refunded the cost of the product not the shipping. Please convo us with any questions or concerns on the returns policy.
