SHIPPING POLICY
★ Items will be shipped from Australia within 1 business day of receiving payment.

★ All items will be sent registered mail with approx delivery time of 3 - 10 business days to arrive and a tracking number will be added to your etsy profile once dispatched. (Please note that sometimes delays can occur so please let me know so we can request an investigation be started)

★ An option for Express post is available and can be requested at checkout.

★ The buyer is responsible for paying all duty fees on the purchase. We cannot mark packages as "gift" as it is illegal to do so.

★All items are shipped to the buyer's ETSY address provided so please make sure this address is correct & etsy profile has updated.

REFUND POLICY
★NO refunds are available for any reason including cancellation of order after shipping or ordering of wrong ring size.

★It is our guarantee that all goods are shipped in perfect condition & is cleaned & double checked & bubble wrapped for protection prior to sending.

★Please note that I am not responsible for any products after it has been posted. I will do my absolutely best to assist you with tracking & following up for you and proof of delivery can be provided but I am not liable for any product once it has left my shop. If you would like to add an insurance to your package, please convo me on Etsy and I can provide you with a quote prior to checkout. No replacement product or refunds will be provided for lost or damaged products.
