Refunds and Exchanges

I am very positive that you will love the item you’ve purchased. If you are not completely satisfied, please convo me within 48 hours of receiving the item I will do my best to help you. If you need to return the item I will issue a refund minus all shipping costs. The item must be returned in it original condition with all its documents.

Refunds guidelines are followed:
If I sized your ring, there will be a $25 charge. If the item needs to be cleaned, there will be a $10 charge. If the item is returned without its original box, document, there will be a $15 charge.
For custom orders, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Custom hats take about a month, while jewelry items take two days if I have the supplies in stock and a week and a half if I need to order supplies.
