Payment

1. All payments are handled through Paypal.

2. Credit card payments can also be performed via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account. You have till the industry standard security measures and the buyer protection.

3. For orders from abroad is responsible for the acquisition of additional costs such as VAT. and customs duties to the buyer.
Shipping

1. We will process your order as quickly as possible and send it by registered mail to you. (This means that it needs someone to accept the packet and to sign). Check all your data if they are correct! Telephone number, e-mail address and shipping address.

2. The delivery time may vary due to public holidays, countries, the customs regulations. Normally delivery takes 7 to 25 business days. We have no control over the parcels! Thank you for your understanding.

3. Standard shipping via SAL (Surface Air Lifted) upgrade to air shipping or express shipping is available!
Refunds and Exchanges

1. You can send up to three days after receiving the goods back without giving reasons. Goods must be as before shipment in the same condition, if not we cannot accept the return.

2. All cost of return shipping is in the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Please kindly contact me first if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

4. In the case of a negative feedback without contacting us before, we will not allow refund.

5. Opened packages by customs no costs will be refunded. The risk must be carry 100% by the buyer.

6. There are no shipping charges refunded.

7. Check shipping status with the tracking number that we give to you in the mail.
