Shipping & Policies

Please pay for your purchase within 48 hrs, that way I can ship it to you as soon as possible. Orders not paid for within 48 hrs will be cancelled.

Please contact me for bulk order pricing and custom art work.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once payment has cleared.

Your package will be sent via USPS. All packages shipped domestically will have a tracking number.

USPS quotes delivery time within the continental US as 2-5 business days for small items.
Larger items: 2-9 business days.

For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. It could take longer if there is a delay at customs. (6-10 Days when opting for shipping upgrades, where available)

Please note that any potential customs duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your package has been shipped, ZendaBeads cannot be held responsible for any delays.
