SHIPPING

Items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of the order being placed. If there is any delay you will contacted to advise.

Your item will be dispatched using Australia Post Standard Air Mail (no tracking).

Registered Post (Insurance) is available upon request and will attract a higher shipping cost.

Please note: If you choose standard mail you will not be able to track your item. Bobby Trouble will make all efforts to assist you in finding your parcel but can not be held responsible for delivery once the item has been shipped. Items shipped via Registered Post will be covered by Australia Post's shipping policies.

Don't forget the shipping costs I've quoted include the cost of packaging your parcel carefully to ensure it gets to you safely and in one piece as well as the actual cost of postage!

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If the item is defective upon receipt or you feel the item is not what was described in the listing please contact within 7 days to discuss. Returns for defective items will be at the shop holders expense.

If you simply change your mind all expenses relating to return of the item will be at your own expense. No returns for change of mind will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of the item.
