I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Since all pieces are handmade are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. We will happily offer an exchange for equal or greater value of the item purchased. All Custom orders are final.

All items being exchanged must be received within 8 days upon receipt of the item. Jewelry must be in original condition with original packaging. Please send an email to info.nikkinationjewelry@gmail.com with the subject line "exchange" before starting the return process. Exchanges must be emailed before we can honor and start the process. The customer is responsible for safe handling and return shipping as well as the shipping cost for the new item.

Please contact us as soon as possible if any items are damaged upon receipt.
