We understand that ordering an item for a special occasion is an important undertaking, and our policies were created with this in mind. After placing your order, there is still some time to change your mind. Please refer to the cancellation&refund policies below for details.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
+Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the item has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your item as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the item.
If you are returning or exchanging a item, please make sure it is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
1. Damaged or Misshipped Items
Damaged or misshipped items are eligible for a full refund.
When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide us with photos clearly showing the problem. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, we'll need photos showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.
2. Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our items are handmade, the finished items may vary by around 1-2 cm in measurement. We encourage you to find a local tailor to make some adjustments.
3. Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean the item is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us to see if a refund is possible.
4. Items that can not be returned or exchanged
Made to order, custom size, color, style, personalized or dyed items are all final sales, no returns or exchanges.
5. Refund Process
Contact us within 7 business days after receiving the item, including an explanation and photos showing the reason for refund. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from us.
Once our customer service has approved your request, please return the item within 14 business days (customer assumes the shipping cost).
After received at our facility, your return will be processed soon. Once your return is inspected and confirmed, we'll offer the refund. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and can not be shipped back to you.
