Due to the "made to order" nature of what is sold in the shop, all sales including down payments are final and nonrefundable. Only under rare circumstances such as loss will replacement be considered.
Refunds may be issued only if we are unable to fulfill your order.
You will be notified when your order has been shipped and the estimated delivery date (if available). Tracking numbers are provided if it was shipped with Priority Mail.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damages or loss.
We usually ship through United States Postal Service, but on some occasions, we will ship through another carrier.
International shipping is also available, but some countries charge tax and duties on international shipments. You are responsible for such charges that the country you live in may require you to pay.
