All sales are considered final; however, please do contact us for any problems regarding your order. In the event a refund or exchange is indicated, returned item must be posted with a tracking number within 7 days of delivery in the original unused condition it left our shop and replacement item or refund minus all shipping will be issued. Personalized and custom orders are non-refundable.
To help avoid delivery problems and unnecessary delays i.e. lost packages or deliveries to the wrong address, please take a moment to make sure that your postal address on file with PinkLion is correct.Shipping costs via USPS first class mail as listed. Expedited shipping is available within the United States. We do not guarantee an exact date of delivery. Once a package leaves our shop and enters the USPS we have no control as to when the package will be delivered.
We offer first class package international shipping for most of our items. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do NOT mark packages as a gift.
