We want you to be absolutely excited about your order! We can send pictures of completed creations, we also offer rough drafts for our custom orders. In addition to this, if you are still not completely satisfied with your goody, please, feel free to return it within 3 days and we will be delighted to revamp to your exact liking! Thank you!

We can use other shipping services more locally which can lower your shipping costs. We are also available for pick up if you are local.

After orders are processed and rough drafts (if requested) are confirmed, payment is due before a custom or personalized project is started. All items we have in stock are sent out directly after payment is received.
