Shipping & Policies

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please email me and let me know the reason before you return an item. You will not be refunded for a returned item if I have not heard from you first via email.

If the item is damaged, email me within 48 hours of receipt and I will send you a new item or refund the price of the item paid less shipping, Etsy and Paypal fees.

Once your custom order has been made, I ship via US Postal. Items are shipped first class unless you request otherwise. I can ship faster for an additional fee.
