This is a shop of jewellery and artwork by me and my husband and many other Greek artists
This will be our vessel , conveying our work to you. We would like to thank you for viewing it, hoping you will find a lot of things to your liking.Most of the items here are one of a kind , lovingly made, with the best of materials.

Payment
We accept payment by PayPal only. If you would like to pay with your credit card, Paypal will take care of that and guide you through the process.

We expect to be paid at check out. If we don't receive payment upon checkout ,we will try to contact you, but in the event of not hearing from you in a period of two days, we will have to cancel this transaction and relist the item.
Shipping
We ship everywhere, worldwide, within 1 to 3 days, the day after your order has been paid, from Monday to Friday only. Priority registered mail is used always. Orders within Greece take 2 to 3 days to be delivered, 5 to 7 days for EU (European Union) countries and 7 to 10 days for the rest of the world ( USA, etc).
All transactions go through the Greek post office ( Hellenic Post).
Express shipping takes can be arranged at higher rates.You wiil have to contact us about such a case.
For shipping within the EU, please contact us for cheaper and faster delivery dates with TNT courier service.

We do not work on weekends, or Greek public holidays , so, please understand , if we do not reply to your e-mail or order until Monday morning, or after a public holiday. You will be sent an e-mail, confirming when your order has been mailed.

We are not responsible for any fees , duties or tariffs outside Greece, so, please, if you live outside the EU, get in touch with the local authorities in your country to get information on relevant issues.

To send your order, we use handmade, paper boxes in blister padded envelopes for the jewellery and blister padding and a hard box ,if possible for our artwork. Everything is meticulously, extra carefully wrapped and can be gift wrapped if you would like . A note can be included , if you would like us to send this to someone as a gift.
Because of our great variety if shapes, sizes and weights, we have many different shipping costs.
If you'd like too heavy or big items, please, contact us, so we can work out a lower shipping cost.

Please make sure that the address you list on Etsy, matches the address listed on your PayPal account. ArkotsArt takes no responsibility, if a parcel is sent to an old address listed in your order.If you would like to have the parcel sent to an address different from those listed on Paypal and Etsy, leave a message during checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with our art and jewellery, so we will exchange your purchase or refund your money in case you want to return the item you bought from us , if you notify us within a day or two of the estimated ten days delivery and return the thing in exactly the same, safe packaging, unused.

You can return only completely undamaged goods within 14 days of having received them, in their original packaging, with the return shipping cost paid by yourself, the buyer.

You will have to cover the cost of returning and shipping the item a second time, if you'd like to exchange the item you purchased.
Also, you will have to cover the cost of your exchange items, being shipped to you.
We expect you to cover the cost of shipping your exchanged goods in our Paypal account.

We cannot exchange or refund Holiday items ( Halloween gifts and decor, Christmas charms, Christmas gifts, trees, ornaments,Valentine's gifts, Easter decor and gifts, Greek Easter candles and eggs,etc). We cannot exchange or refund any earrings purchases, for hygiene reasons.We cannot exchange or refund you for any custom orders.

With a minor agreed upon fee , we will repair items you've bought and used for some time, and as long as the materials are in stock.
We will be unable to cover the shipping cost of re-sending the same item for any other reasons , such as readjusting jewellery items lengths, for instance, or repairing a set of worry beads, after ti's been used for some time. This will be an additional cost to you.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost, after they have been shipped with a tracking number, sent to you in a shipping notification.We have no control over items leaving our Post, but we can initiate a lost items procedure from our Post Office.
