Shipping & Policies

Items will only be exchanged in the event of damage in shipping. Items damaged by customer will not qualify for an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to exchange an order. We require a photo taken of the damaged item and the packaging before a replacement item is shipped.
Before we send the replacement, we must receive the damaged item returned back to us; an address will be provided to you.

Returns are not accepted.
Customized orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
