SHIPPING
o Most orders will ship within 48 hours depending on volume.

o A confirmation email will be sent when your artwork has left my studio.

o Great care is taken in packaging your item. From the lovely custom designed envelope, to the secret surprise that I slip inside. Your art print will arrive in a stay flat mailer in a protective sleeve. Woodblock art prints and canvases ship in boxes. Large format prints, 12"x18" and larger are rolled in a cello bag and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

o I stand behind the quality of my work and each print that is purchased. If you have any concerns about your purchased print, send me an email and I’ll make sure your needs are met. I am proud to say I have 100% positive feedback and I take that seriously. I want you to be very satisfied with your purchase. If you are happy with your purchase, please take a moment to leave a positive rating. ☺

o Once in a while a print can get damaged despite the print being in a stay-flat mailer. If this happens, do not worry. Just send me a digital photo of the damaged print and I'll ship a new one out to you.
