Refund Policy:

Returns are accepted if the item was received damaged. Notice in writing via email listed on account, within 3 days of receipt. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer plus a $2.00 restocking fee.

Return Option:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for an exchange for an item of the same value or higher. Notice must be given within 3 days in writing via email that is listed on account. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Policies:

All items ship within 3 days of payment in full, unless otherwise discussed.

All items in the shop are 100% handcrafted and handmade by myself or local artists that BEAD•A•ROPE is associated with. Packaging that the product is shipped in is also handmade and may vary. If special or gift packaging is necessary please specify when order is placed . Total payment must be received via PayPal or credit card and verified as paid in full within 24 hours before shipment is granted.
