Thank you for visiting Playing With My Bubbles! I have been working in Photoshop for about 10 years now and love improving my art. I have created my own invitations for different events over the years and now I want to share my love of designing with you! If you don't see something you like in my shop please feel free to ask.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the digital and customized nature of my products I am unable to offer refunds once work has begun. I will, however, work hard with you to ensure you're satisfied.
Due to the customized nature of my items a sale can only be cancelled before work begins. Once I send over the first proof to be checked the sale is no longer eligible to be cancelled. If there has been a change to your circumstances (such as the wedding or party is cancelled) I will be glad to substitute another item or give you a credit to be used in the future toward another item I offer.
SHIPPING:
Since everything I offer is digital, it is delivered directly to you either through email. No shipping. For personalized items: once you have approved the final proof of your design I will send you the files through email.
PROCESSING TIME:
My listings show a processing time of 3-5 days but this can vary greatly depending on how fast I hear back from you. Once I receive your order I will begin work usually the same day. I will send over the first proof within 24-48 hours, usually much faster. Once the proof has been sent over I am then waiting to hear back on any changes that need to be made. The faster the buyer responds the faster the order can be completed. The longest any order has taken me so far was approximately 5 days.

By purchasing digital clip art you agree to the following -
It is allowed to use these files for the following personal or small commercial purposes:
* Any personal use
* Products such as stationery, invitations, cards, labels, party supplies, etc. in either printed or digital format.
* Use in the classroom
* Embroidery appliques (must be a physical applique, no digital files).
* Rubber stamps if used as a supply for personal or small commercial purposes (example: if you create hand stamped cards you may create a stamp from the art for that purpose. The stamp may NOT be sold.)
It is NOT OK to use these files for the following commercial purposes:
* Please do not claim the artwork as your own.
* Graphics may be not be sold on a print on demand site (CafePress, Zazzle, Spoonflower and others)
* Do not sell the clip art as is. The graphics may not be placed on a white background and sold as a standalone design. It but must be part of an larger design.
*Reselling the clip art is strictly prohibited.
* No third party produced items such as lunch boxes, water bottles, clipboards, binders, melamine plates, etc.
* Fabric
* Wall art, canvas art, decals, etc.
* Collage sheets
* Digitized embroidery files
* Digital scrapbooking market
* Logos
* No file sharing
* Freebies of any type
* No mass production
I do not require credit, but it is, of course, a nice thought. If you wish to use the clipart for any purpose listed as not allowed you may contact me to discuss a larger commercial license.
