If you are dissatisfied for any reason, I will do everything possible to make you happy. A refund for the cost of the item is always one of your options.

If you are accidentally overcharged on shipping I will issue you a refund for the overcharge. I pay shipping and insurance on many of my pieces and it will be noted in the item description.
