Because soap is a personal hygiene item, it cannot be returned. However, if it's not what you were expecting, you can exchange it for something different as long as it hasn't been unwrapped -- just contact The Lost Arts about it. Similarly, contact The Lost Arts if your purchase was somehow damaged in transit -- we'll be happy to replace it!
