Shipping & Policies

After receipt of the payment the item will be sent in 1-2 days, apart from public holidays or weekends. Free shipment, sent by Bulgarian Posts Plc.
The item is being sent from Bulgaria (Europe) with a tracking number, you’ll receive information via e-mail after the take off. Tracking information may not be available if your item was mailed recently.
The jewelry will be sent in cute little boxes and covered with bubble wrap for safety of the package during the route.
Shipments outside Bulgaria: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Handmade paper SHIPPING: $ 15 Europe, $ 20 Everywhere else
Everything else (steampunk and non-steampunk jewellery) - FREE SHIPPING

Delivery takes:
3-15 business days or a bit more for Europe
7-25 business days or a bit more for USA, Canada and Japan
10-30 business days for Australia and all other countries
(Business days: Mon - Fri)

If you need the item to arrive earlier, please convo me before checkout and I can adjust shipping price for you.

Item will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account so please make sure that is correct. If a different shipping address is desired, please convo me immediately after purchase.

Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package needs to be resend for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.

The shipping cost is non refundable. In cases of shipping damage of the product I will refund only the price of the product.

If there is any problem with the product or with the shipping, please let me know and I will do my best to work out the problem.

I am sorry, but I cannot accept returns and cancellations or offer exchanges at this time.
If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me, BEFORE leaving negative feedback.
In case of a refund, due to a faulty/damaged product, I will refund you the price of the purchased product, or provide a replacement (at Your choice). The shipping fee (only for jewelry - $ 10) is non-refundable. In order to issue refund, or provide a replacement for a faulty/damaged product, I will request a high quality distinction pictures of the product.
