All items will be shipped within the next 3-5 working days after receipt of payment by PayPal.
I ship worldwide via Registered Mail / International Post Service/ with Tracking ID and will e-mail this number upon shipment.
I use the Bulgarian official State Posts services, because of their traditions, stable services and reasonable prices.

For international shipping, depending on the destination, shipping may take up to 21 days - normally about 10-20 business days overseas and 6-8 days to Europe. To the rest of the world sometime less, sometime more. Delays are possible during busy periods around HOLIDAYS!

I can not be held responsible for any loss, delay or incorrect address due to reasons beyond me. Please, check your shipping address!

Please understand that I DO NOT control post work and how long it will take the post service to deliver your package. Please be patient and allow some more time to arrive in your country.

Once your package has been sent and you have a notification and tracking number about that, I am not responsible for postal delays that may occur.

All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are responsibility of the buyer, if his/her country charges these type of fees.

If you are not completely sure about specific piece - I highly recommend to open a dialog with me before you purchase. I send more photos for color approval, answer questions about size and materials.

PLEASE do not purchase if you are not completely sure the item is for you! Better to discuss with me first.

Please, read and examine the item you are thinking about purchasing carefully. I do my best to describe my items with accurate photos, as well as full description - color and size.
Your responsibility is to read the listing description and my polices, so you are fully informed before making a purchase.
Please, contact me within 3 days after receipt, if you are not satisfied with purchase for any reason. I will do my best to make things right. Your satisfaction is very important to me. Shipping charges are not refundable.
A buyer covers the cost of resending for returned packages not accepted from the recipient. Parcels that have been delivered are not refundable.

I don't accept returns of the items that came late, sorry!

Custom order sells are considered final - no refunds or exchanges( except for if they were lost or damaged in transit ) !
Custom orders will take up to 1 week to complete - depends on the size of the order.

Please, check your shipping address!
If you need the piece to be sent to any other address - leave me a clear message in notes to seller at checkout or send me a convo.

Packages that are returned to me because address is incorrect or are unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs, and charged with 10% Restocking Fee.

Please, note, that refunds will be made after I get the purchased product back.
