SHIPPING POLICIES
Having received your payment I will ship the parcel in 1-2 working days. If it is a custom-made item it will be shipped in 4-5 days after the payment.
All parcels are shipped only via registered priority mail and tracking number will be sent to the buyer after shipping. If you want lower shipping price (not registerd or priority), please contact me.
All customs charges are responsibility of the buyer.
Please, bear in mind that the delivery from Bulgaria to European countries takes 7-10 days and to USA 15-20 day.

REFUND POLICIES
Please contact me first to find the best mutual decision. For me it is very important that you wear my bags and accessories with joy and satisfaction. I try to give detailed description of my bags. Please read the descriptions carefully noting the size of items. If the item you order is damaged or you are not completely satisfied, I will make a total refund (minus the shipping costs). The item must be returned in 30 days period in its original condition and unused.
