Shipping & Policies

We will do our best to meet all expectations for our handmade products. Refunds can only be processed if the item is shipped back with its original packaging and cost of shipping will be deducted from refund amount. Please contact us if you have an issue with an item breaking and we will handle any case of this individually.

All payments must be made in full before you items will be made and shipped. Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes that may be incurred with your country or state.

Please be aware that the HMRC levies a charge on all purchases outside of EU that are over £15 it is 20% of the value plus the post office charge £8 handling fee. This is the buyer's responsibility due in their country. This charge is not always incurred but may apply if your order sum reaches this amount.

We ship all items priority mail. All packages are in bubble wrapped envelopes and sealed. We usually ship within 1 to 2 days after item is completed. You may always contact us if you need something sent faster or via a different method, please do this before making a purchase.

Please understand that our shop is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on Buyer by their country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a Buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law, and comes with a punishment of up to $10,000 USD with the possibility of up to 5 years of imprisonment.
