I truly want you to be completely satisfied as my customer! All refund situations will be individually handled to ensure a fair outcome for all parties is met.
If you are unhappy with your purchase upon receipt, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work out a solution together! I will be happy to refund you the price of the item, less shipping costs, once I have received the item back in the condition in which it was sent to you.
If the item arrived to you damaged, please let me know within 3 days so we can come up with a doable solution together. Many times there is insurance on the item provided by USPS, and I am more than happy to help you with the claim process! If you have purchased a chalkboard and the board/glass is broken upon arrival, I will send you a new piece of Masonite board painted in chalkboard paint that will fit in your frame free of charge. All other damaged items will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
