Shipping Policies

All items will be shipped very carefully via Canada Post.

I currently have a 1-3 day lead time to make all orders.

Shipping times

If you need an item by a certain date please let me know IMMEDIATELY. I will certainly do my very best to accommodate; however, a rush order might require additional expenses such as FEDEX/PUROLATOR fees.

Domestic orders: Orders will take 1-3 weeks to arrive

International orders (outside of Canada): Expect your package to arrive within 6 weeks from the time that it has been shipped. Customs may provide some delay.

Your country may charge you customs fees that I am not responsible for. I charge actual shipping fees ONLY!

Refunds and Exchanges
Refund? Hmmm....this is a tough one! We will have to connect and decide on a case by case basis. Regardless, communication is the best way to ensure that we are both delighted with the transaction!
