I ship to the Receipt / Order list address/ or if the customer ask me to send the purchase as a gift to another address.Correct spelling of the address is the responsibility of the customer.Please make sure it is correct.
Your purchase will be sent within 1 to 5 days after clear payment. Exceptions are only for national holidays and weekends and MADE to ORDER purchases, or if I have an VACATION announce in my shop that will be away from my studio for few days.
Business days means Monday - Friday .
I am not responsible for items held up in customs in your country. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged international orders once they have shipped under any circumstances.
I send everything with recorded mail, which includes a tracking number. It is responsibility of the buyer to keep track of the item purchased or ask me for info if needed.
I will not refund if the package gets lost by the post office in your country.
About Returned Unclaimed Packages - If a package is returned to me because it was unclaimed, or because the address was not correct, I will resend the package after you pay for shipping costs.
I always send purchases,packaged in boxes,very well secured from the outside and inside,because of the fragility of glass products.
Taking pictures of stained glass is very difficult , make the best of which I am capable.There may be slight variations in shades.Тhe real color of the product is almost identical to the colors of the pictures. I try to give detailed information and pictures and a good representation of exactly what you can expect to find when you open your package. In case, if you are unhappy with your item for any reason, simply return it (undamaged) and I will send you a refund for the purchase price.
CUSTOM ORDERS made especially for you and personazlized items (with names, date, or some other personalization) are not refundable or exchangeable.
