I want new and existing customers to have the utmost satisfaction with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. Shipping charges are NOT refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please notify me within 72 hrs if there is a problem regarding your order. If I happen to make a mistake with your order, you will receive a replacement including shipping cost. Please contact me to receive a return shipping label. Items returned after the 14 days time frame will incur a 15% restocking fee. Footwear should be in the original condition and must not be visibly worn. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE AFTER 30 DAYS. I cannot accept any returns or exchange after 30 days.

I will offer a one time exchange for items mistakenly bought in the wrong size. Please notify me within 72 hrs if there is a problem regarding your order.
