Shipping & Policies

As each item is made from scratch when you order, please allow 1-3 weeks for your item to be sent to you. If you need an item before a certain date, such as a birthday or holiday, please let me know so I can tell you if it is possible and get your item out quickly!
Any customs or duty charges associated with your order are your responsibility and out of my control.
I will not accept returns of items that have been worn a lot (trying on is fine and encouraged!), used, stained or otherwise damaged by you. If the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described I am happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please return the item within 30 days of receiving it. I will happily pay the return postage! I am fully responsible for stolen or lost packages! If your item doesn't arrive within 40 days of ordering it, please let me know and I will give you a full refund or send a replacement!
