Shipping & Policies

| Return Policy |

We understand that online shopping is tough, returns at Apricity are easy! If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 10 days of receiving your order with the order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 1 business day (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM PST) with a return authorization # and instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns without an authorization # will not be processed. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition with original tags intact to receive a full refund or exchange credit.

| REFUNDS |

We accept items for a full refund - minus the original shipping - as long as the item is in new and unworn condition. Return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of return authorization issuance, and a full refund for the merchandise purchase price (and applicable sales tax) will be processed within 3-5 business days of return package delivery. If items returned are found to be damaged or worn, a partial refund will be issued. If a return is received after the return authorization has expired, the refund will not be processed. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

| EXCHANGES |

Need to swap out your order for another size or color? Exchanges are a snap! Return postage -both ways!- is on us for orders with US addresses. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to submit your exchange request. We'll keep the exchange request on hold for an additional 10 days. If an exchange return is received after 10 days and the exchange request is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead. If a refund is issued due to an expired exchange request and our prepaid shipping label is used for the return, $5.95 for postage will be deducted from the refund amount.

International orders : Customers are responsible for return postage for refunds and exchanges. Unfortunately, we're unable to issue prepaid shipping labels for international addresses, nor do we reimburse for international return postage.

| PREPAID RETURN LABELS |

Return postage is on us for your first exchange request. If the exchanged item doesn't work out after and a second exchange request is initiated for the same order, customers are then responsible for the return postage. If our shipping label is used for a refund rather than an exchange, we will deduct $5.95 from the refund total.

| Shipping to US Addresses |

We ship via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. After the order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing. Packages shipped with USPS will take 3-5 days for delivery. Payments by e-check via Paypal may delay order processing up to 10 business days for the e-check to clear. If faster shipping service is desired, please contact us as soon as possible as we offer additional shipping options including 1 day processing and next day delivery.

| Shipping to International Addresses - Including Canada |

Please allow 2-3 weeks for international delivery, our preferred shipping carrier is USPS International. For international delivery, packages are subject to customs clearance and in rare occurences, delivery delayed through customs may take up to 6 weeks. Custom taxes, fees and duties may be applicable, please check with your country's customs office to determine if additional charges for import taxes, fees and/or duties will apply. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product purchase price or flat rate shipping charge. Customs forms will reflect the full value of the order purchase total and will be marked as MERCHANDISE.

Delivery confirmation may not be available for international shipping. If tracking is desired, please contact us! We offer additonal shipping options including tracking or expedited service.
