CHARBONIZE accepts exchange. In case, the item does not work
because you have a electronic device other than that specified in the product description, we will exchange it for the correct size. Items must be unused and undamaged and you are responsible for shipping costs.
We also accept refund, if for any reason the bag you bought does not meet your expectations or you are not completely satisfied, I will refund for the purchase price if a refund is requested within 3 days of receipt of order. Items must be unused and undamaged and you are responsible for shipping costs.

If you had an item custom-made, refund is only possible if there is a problem with sizing or construction.
