At Ciseal, we understand that shopping online can be scary at times - especially when you're purchasing furniture and home goods to live with every day. We want you to be thrilled with your new items. If not, we'll do what we can to make it right. We stand behind our products 100%. All products and furniture offered for sale by Ciseal are documented with photos and accurate descriptions. Please bear in mind that each piece is unique…which is exactly why it is awesome.

Sometimes, an item just isn't the right size, color, or shape, and we get that. That's why we accept returns for any reason within 30 days. Any returned item must be in like-new condition and must be returned in the original packaging. Please contact us at hello@ciseal.com before returning your item and we will figure out all of the details with you. Unless the mistake is ours, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns that arrive at Ciseal with damage or signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.

US Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your item. Insurance and tracking information will be provided unless otherwise noted.

International Shipping:
Ciseal ships internationally using USPS and its international partners. Some items may not be available for international shipping, and we may not be able to ship to all locations. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delayed packages by Customs Officials or possible duty, VAT, and import taxes.
