Shipping & Policies

We use following courier services :

Domestic: JNE (

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

When placing your MATOA order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Saturday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Please allow 1 day maximum after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. If it’s possible we will send it right away after we check your payment.

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer. PLEASE NOTE: We’re unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

JAKARTA AREA: Estimated delivery times: 1-3 working days after shipment.

OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery times: 2-5 working days after shipment.


We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.
We do not take responsibility if JNE can’t deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the ‘Track Order’ links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).
