We hope you love our products; however If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us and receive a full refund (minus any shipping costs) or a replacement.

You can return a product up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and must be sent to us in the original packaging. We do not refund any costs incurred by you when returning items to us.

Our products are packed to order before shipping, therefore there may be a slight delay between order placement and dispatch. We use third party couriers and will endeavour to find the most economical shipping rate for each order.
