We supply only the highest quality product and are confident that you will be delighted with it. However, if you are unhappy with the product, you can return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs, plus an administration charge of 3%) under the guidelines as follows. The product must be returned unused in its original condition including wrappings and packaging. We will refund you the cost of the product excluding the cost of the postage and packaging, as long as the item is returned within 15 days of your receipt of the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. If the product was faulty, or not ordered by you, please contact us before returning the item and we will instruct you on the complete returns procedure. We recommend returns must be sent via an insured method of postage, including signature because we will not be able to refund goods that have not reached us. Please ensure that your full details are returned with the package and the reason for return. Your statutory rights will be upheld.
