Shipping & Policies

All items within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority. You will receive a tracking number when your item ships.

I am not responsible for items lost or broken once shipped. Claims can be filed with the USPS for lost/brolen packages. I will, of course, help in the process of filing a claim and do all I can to gain a refund through the USPS, or work with you on a solution. This is for US buyers only due to insurance and tracking being optional for International buyers.

International orders are shipped First Class International Mail, unless a prior agreement is reached.

I will not mark an item as "Gift" for Customs purposes. Please be aware that your county may charge additional fees when the item arrives. They buyer is responsible for all additional fees. Shipping overseas can take up to 6 weeks time depending on country and Customs.

I will ship to the address provided with the order.... unless otherwise notified during checkout.

*** Be assured your item(s) will be packed carefully and with quality shipping supplies.

DAMAGED AND OR INSURED ITEMS>>>>

PLEASE **DO NOT DISCARD YOUR SHIPPING BOX **
Please be aware the carrier will require to see the box & a picture of the damaged item(s) in order to process a " damage claim" . Please save ALL original packing materials and box with label. THESE ITEMS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO REFUND MONEY FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
Please be aware, if a claim is processed you will be reimbursed by the carrier for the amount of the insured ($50.00) item(s) not including your shipping cost.
If you receive an item that is damaged or broken during transit, I will need to be notified within 2 days of the delivery date. Again, I will help with the claim process, but it must be started by you through USPS. You will be responsible for letting me know and taking over the claim as soon as possible This is required by USPS. Thank you for understanding.

***INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS, PLEASE READ THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BELOW....

If you are an international buyer, please understand once the package leaves me I am no longer responsible for you item, lost items rarely happens. It is expensive to insure, get confirmation, or send priority mail overseas. Please keep in mind that Customs can hold your package up to 8 weeks. Your patience is appreciated.

***All customs fees (taxes) for International orders are the responsibility of the buyer, this is also the case on returned goods, if you are sending a returned item, you should mark the custom form with 'RETURNED GOODS' under the column for 'value' you should state 'NA' - (not applicable) if the return good has a value and customs charges me to collect the item, I will pass this fee onto the customer ie: I will deduct from the final refund.

***If you decide against tracking, expedited shipping priority shipping overseas, I am not responsible for lost items. I will work with you to replace your lost item, but will not ship a free item. I will cover half of standard shipping fees. Please contact me with any questions.

****Each case is different, so I will consider the situation and act accordingly. Refunds will not be given for lost items.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW...

***I use Eco-friendly packing materials. Most boxes are new, recycled boxes... unless the box is in very good condition/clean and can be used again. In those cases, I will wrap the previously used box with brown kraft paper. I use bio-degradable peanuts to pack all clocks and other large items. The kiddos will have fun with the peanuts...they dissolve in water! :)

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
My goal is to send 100% quality products each and every time. I will go above and beyond to resolve any issues that arise. Customer service is very important to me and all issues will be taken seriously. There are exceptions to every rule, please keep that in mind when reading my polices.

I create handmade items that do take time. I take special care when writing descriptions and photographing each item to show all details as accurately as possible. You are always welcome to contact me if you have questions. Due to differences in screen resolution, colors may vary. Please contact me if you would like to see more photos, or would like more information. I am happy to match colors to the best of my ability. Color swatches and photos are always welcome and helpful.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE & NON RETURNABLE. Kindly examine the photos provided & ask questions, I am here to help. I will stay in contact while creating your custom item. My goal is to send your item on time and exactly how you want it. :-) I will gladly send you additional photos if you would like for me to do so.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Please read the entire listing carefully. This includes the dimensions, which are listed. Refunds will NOT be given if your piece does not fit in the area that you have chosen. There is no exception to this rule. Please contact me and I will give you some tips on determining whether the piece will work in your space....I have a few tricks up my sleeve. :) If you decide the clock does not fit in the space and send the clock back with no notification, you will receive store credit, not a refund.

IMPORTANT>>>>
When your item arrives, If you feel I grossly misrepresented the item & or didn't describe something, please contact me via Etsy convo to discuss. I will work with you on your purchase satisfaction. Please do not contact me through my gmail account to discuss these issues. It is important to read the description and always feel free to ask any questions. Communication is key with all orders and I will contact you through Etsy, either to let you know that I received your order, or ask specific questions. It is important that you respond to avoid a delay in your order. If you receive your item and did not read the listing, I will not refund, but exchanges are accepted in some cases. This term excludes custom orders. I will not refund shipping, and that will be charged again.

If we decide on an exchange, I will accept the item and send the new item (minus shipping) as long as:

1. You must contact me within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Items(s) must
be returned within 5 days of receipt of delivery in the same box & packed
the same way. Ex : if I shipped priority then your item is to be shipped priority back to me. Customer assumes responsibility of return shipping fess & will contact me
via Etsy convo to inform me that the package was shipped & provide me with a tracking number . Once I've received the item(s) in the same manner and condition that it was shipped to you, I will ship your new item.

2. The item is returned in the same condition as it was when purchased. If the hands are bent, paint scratched...or other issues, I will contact you to discuss these Issues prior to sending the new item(s).

If you live in a apartment, or you have concerns of your item (box) being left
unattended, please advise me, so that I can add signature confirmation to
your shipping cost. I cannot be held responsible for items that are stolen. Please do not let your item sit in the hot sun, or rain as it could damage certain items.

It is very important to inspect each item upon receipt.

***GIFT PURCHASES:
If your item is a gift, please examine the item when you receive it. By doing this, we will avoid issues for everyone involved ...most importantly, you. Accidents do happen during shipping. I will resolve those to the best of my ability. I do not refund or exchange items several weeks to months after they are purchased. I will replace your clock mechanism 1 time, within one year.. I do check each clock thoroughly prior to shipping, but movement during shipping can disturb the workings of the mechanism. It is important to open the package within 24 hours upon receipt to check your item. Most mechanism issues can be resolved by using a different battery, or making minor adjustments to the mechanism. I will explain, in detail, how to do that.

***If your clock doesn't work with the battery that I send, please try a new one. It is important to let me know as soon as you receive the clock if there are mechanism issues. This rarely happens, and I will help, but need to be notified immediately. If your mechanism doesn't work, I can send a new one with instructions, or you can send the clock back and I will replace the mechanism. If I'm not notified within 48 hrs, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

***if you have an item sent to a drop shipping company, items will be sent and tracked to the destination that you request in your order. I am not be responsible for any damaged or lost items sent to a drop ship location. If the item does not arrive to the address provided with your order, please contact me.

***Shipping is non-refundable in all situations.
