Shipping & Policies

FREE SHIPPING within the continental US. All orders outside of continental US will be quoted at time of order placement. Please contact ben@mashstudios.com if you have questions.

All orders are made to order, and subject to a 4-6 week lead time from time of order placement.

Please report any shipping damages, accompanied with digital photos of the damages, so a report can be filed with the carrier. If you receive a product with obvious damage seen from the outside of the box (e.g., a dent or hole in the box) you have the option to not accept the box from the shipper. Whenever signing for a package, you are stating you received it in good condition. You have the right to make the delivery person wait while you open up the box to make sure all pieces are intact.

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be returned in original packaging, in perfect re-sellable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Due to the nature of solid wood and dyed wool felt, appearances may vary slightly from product to product.
